Challenge - To meet the growing demand for their executive education and MBA programs and to provide enhanced identity for the School, the Graduate School of Management (GSM) will be sited in the Gateway District in the new entry to the UC Davis campus.

In collaboration with UCD leadership and project stakeholders, John developed a District Plan for the new UCD entrance and a concept design for a new 40,000 square-foot building whose bold architecture and open vibrant spaces inspire creativity, collaboration and a sense of community, promoting UCD’s leadership role in business education.
